From supporting $100 Million revenue businesses to optimizing sub-$10 million businesses, we put in the workflows, processes, and systems that help founders build a dream instead of a nightmare.

What if work felt good?

It’s a question we don’t often ask ourselves as founders and business owners. If the team is growing, the metrics are good, and momentum is flowing– then there’s not much else to do, right?

Not how we see it.

You started a business to bring a vision into the reality of the world. Not run a one-(wo)man-show, miss dinner, and see how much you can handle before you break.

Back-end systems might sound like a fancy thing corporations do when they get huge, but they’re the net when you need catching. They’re the trampoline that springs you forward, faster. And the rock that has you on days when you truly can’t do one more task.

When we work together, we’re building systems for real life. The messiness of working with people. The reality that no 2 days are the same in a startup. And the idea that if you can streamline the chaos, you can free yourself for the work you truly want to be doing.

Consultants come in and rip up the place to implement something bigger, better, and fancier. We take a partnership approach, designing systems that highlight your team’s strength, build culture, save employees from getting fired, and create productivity instead of performative processes that no one’s actually doing.

I've heard this before...

Some people had to leap into entrepreneurship. I had it in my blood.

I distinctly remember helping my uncle run his real estate business into multiple locations to then open a hotel in Palm Springs, CA.

And this experience made me curious about large companies. How do they work? What makes them run? This led me to banking.

I started working with small business owners just like my family, but over the years I grew into senior leadership — eventually becoming a VP in Strategy and Planning, focused on Commercial Deposits and Loan Pricing.

That role gave me a front-row seat to how teams work, how innovation happens, and how systems and processes either make or break an organization.

When Large Corporations Slip...

the merger that changed everything.

When the last company I worked for went through a merger, because of my position at the time, I saw what happened. All of it. Brilliant, hardworking people were being blamed for problems that were actually caused by a lack of leadership, unclear communication, and broken processes.

And I realized I could make a bigger impact outside of the walls of corporate.

Because when a process puts the people first, there’s more clarity, trust, and results– instead of hiding behind cold processes to seem more legit.

So I reached out to my network, and started the business you see today.

As I took on more clients, I noticed clear patterns in how I worked. Instead of keeping it all in my head, I started turning those steps into frameworks and repeatable processes. This allowed me to deliver with consistency, save time, and grow intentionally.

By the end of 2024, I signed my first major client — a bank on the East Coast. That milestone confirmed that my approach could scale beyond small businesses and create impact in larger organizations.

But my heart was still in startups and small businesses, so I took what I learned from larger businesses and gave the best bits to smaller businesses so they can scale up using the wisdom of what large corporations do to streamline operations.

With 20+ years in banking and financial strategy, I’ve seen the insides of over 150 companies from startups to $100M revenue corporations.

Combining that with my Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, my speciality is creating people-centered systems that make the organization more efficient and the founder calmer.

With a warm, collaborative approach to team training and system setup, I help small businesses have the success of larger corporations, without the cold structures that take away a business’s charm.

Because from my entrepreneurial roots, I believe that business is inherently human. It’s the employee staying late because she’s all in on the mission. The founder who’s trying to balance family dinner with an important meeting. When we put the people in the processes, we create a world where business supports the people working within it instead of forcing them into a box.

And Now:

Work with us

The more your team trusts you to lead, the deeper they’ll want to move into the organizations. Processes give them that trust because they can trade chaos for knowing. This lets that hunger for speed and innovation move toward the big things instead of the little tasks.

Businesses are relationships.
